The location is rich in character, and our Small Double Room showcased quaint touches. a heads-up about the restaurant being fully booked at check-in would have enhanced our experience. For dinner, I recommend making reservations in advance to avoid disappointment.

The decor throughout is stunning, with each area meticulously styled to create an inviting atmosphere. The super-king size bed in my room provided exceptional comfort, and the mouth-watering Hungarian beef stew for dinner was a standout. The warm welcome from the hosts made me feel genuinely cared for. it was a delightful experience hampered only slightly by logistical challenges.

Just an ideal choice for a whistle-stop in Blandford Forum with attractive and competitive value for money. We could have used a fan as it was a very hot night. Try to ask for a cooler room if you're visiting in summer.

Couple seeking charm and comfort

We stayed in a King Room with a super comfy bed that I seriously thought about stealing the mattress brand from. The breakfast was like art on a plate, fresh fruit and doorstep toast, divine, I still dream about it.

Sure, it wasn't exactly budget-friendly but you get what you pay for and it was worth it.

Super comfy stay!

Had a one-night stay in a cozy double room. The staff were super friendly and helped us feel at home. The location was perfect, right on the cycle route. Dinner at the bar was a highlight—so delicious! Just wish the WiFi was stronger.

Had a great time with friends! We loved exploring Longleat Safari Park and trying local pubs. The rooms were comfy, and the setting was relaxing. Perfect base for adventures.

One issue was the Wi-Fi. it was a bit spotty at times, which made it hard to stay connected.
